When will I receive my order?

Assuming that each artwork is made at the time of your order, preparation time averages 20 working days and may vary depending on the type of artwork.
Once ready, the artwork is carefully packed and protected and your order with its shipping information is entrusted to a courier company authorized to deliver artwork.
You will then receive an e-mail from us with the details of the shipment: carrier name, package number, tracking code, and approximate delivery date; so you can track the delivery of your order.

How much does shipping cost?

Shipping is free, however if at checkout your destination country is not among those available, it is likely that there are customs or duty charges to be paid. In this case, please contact us to find a possible solution.

What to do at the time of delivery?

At the time of delivery it is essential to make sure that the package is not damaged or opened in any way. In the event that the packaging is not intact or there are signs of tampering or damage you must ask the courier to note these conditions in writing or if you deem it appropriate refuse the delivery. In the event of damage due to transportation, please document with photographs and/or video the condition of the package before opening it and promptly email it to us. This is the only way to enforce the insurance that covers transportation.
Either way, you will need to sign for acceptance at the time of delivery.
